KEYSER, West Virginia USA -- Blackhawk R&D will be reopening it's door on December 10th 2001 with a new line of kits. Included in the new line are sport scale military missiles, sounding rockets, and sport fliers. The rocket diameters will begin in the 3" and 4" range and expand quickly to 5.5" and 7.5" diameter sizes.

The new line of sport fliers is intended to encourage high power fliers to move in the direction of a modelers atmosphere with creative fin designs and quality parts. As before the scale and sounding rockets will be meticulously scaled and when possible are exact replicas down to the 1/32 of an inch. If it can't be done with available parts then parts are scaled to the best dimensions possible.

Blackhawk R&D will also be offering a semi-custom service unlike any seen to date—no price gouging to have something custom done. If Blackhawk R&D can do it, you will be charged the same as a comparable kit—not extra. The website is currently up and running at http://www.blackhawkrd.com.

Note: Blackhawk R&D is a sole entity and no longer affiliated with any other company.
