GORMLEY, Ontario CAN -- Cesaroni Technology Inc. (CTI) and Star Rocketry are proud to announce that they will be supporting National Association of Rocketry and Tripoli Rocketry Association Level I, II and III high power rocket certification attempts at this year's LDRS event to be held in Amarillo Texas.

LDRS 21 is slated to be held on July 11 to 16. Star Rocketry, a factory authorized dealer for HyperTEK® hybrid propulsion systems and CTI will be providing ground support equipment, loaner motor hardware and free standard fuel reload kits to the first five attempts in each level each day (Level III will be limited to 3 attempts per day). Nitrous oxide will be readily available on site. Representatives from CTI and Star Rocketry will be available for technical assistance.

To participate in the HyperTEK free certification motor program, flyers must comply with all applicable TRA, NAR and LDRS event rules. This includes Level II written tests, Level III TAP approval and approval by the LDRS committee for Level III flights. You must be at the necessary level to attempt the certification flight (ie. you must already be at Level I to reserve a motor for a Level II flight, Level II for Level III etc.).

Information required for the construction of airframes for these motors can be found on HyperTEK dealer websites. Hardware available for loan will include the 21.5 inch long 54 mm I motor system (suitable for use in Level I attempts), the 24.2 inch long 54 mm J motor system (Level II attempts) and the 55.3 inch long 98 mm M motor system (Level III attempts). All HyperTEK powered rockets require electronic recovery deployment. Nitrous oxide will be available on site at cost, about $ 25.00 for an M flight.

In the event that you will not be able to fly, notify us immediately so that someone else can have a chance. Some additional motors may be available at LDRS on a first come, first served basis.
