WORLD WIDE WEB -- Fat Cat Rockets has released sleek, new model rocket kit for 2002. The I.P.F.I. Strikeship ‘Lightning’ is welcomed by a fleet seventeen other innovative, custom model rocket kits offered by this Florida based company.

Designed and manufactured by Fat Cat owner and longtime rocketeer Chuck Sackett, the Strikeship was aptly designated earlier this year after a ‘Name the Rocket’ contest sponsored by Nick Essselman’s Essence Model Rocket Reviews. At just under 21” long, the rear-ejection Strikeship features custom turned hardwood nosecones, balsa wood fins and wings and a unique sticker package.
