GORMLEY, Ontario CAN -- Pete's Rockets and CTI are proud to announce that they will be supporting UKRA Level I, II and III high power rocket certification attempts at this year's UKRA event to be held in Heckington Lincolnshire, UK.

UKRA2002 is slated to be held on June 7, 8 and 9. Pete's Rockets, a factory authorized dealer for HyperTEK® hybrid propulsion systems and CTI will be providing ground support equipment, loaner motor hardware and free standard fuel reload kits to the first three attempts in each level each day (Level III will be limited to 1 attempt per day). Nitrous oxide will be readily available on site. Representatives from Pete's Rockets will be available for technical assistance.  Tripoli certification may be available once prefecture details have been finalized.

To participate in the HyperTEK free certification motor program, flyers must comply with all applicable UKRA event rules. This includes Level II written tests, Level III technical approval and approval by the UKRA committee for Level III flights. You must be at the necessary level to attempt the certification flight (ie. you must already be at Level I to reserve a motor for a Level II flight, Level II for Level III etc.). Nitrous oxide will be available on site at cost.

To reserve your motor, email Pete Davy at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it . Include the motor configuration you are interested in, your UKRA membership number and level, and the day you want to fly. Pete Davy would like to schedule you as early in the week as possible. In the event that you will not be able to fly, notify Pete Davy immediately so that someone else can have a chance. Some additional motors may be available at UKRA2002 on a first come, first served basis.
